Method 1: The Help Widget (Fastest) The quickest way to find answers or contact a human agent is via our Help Widget.
Look for the "Support" or "Chat" icon in the bottom right corner of this screen.
Type your question (e.g., "Refund" or "Login Issue").
The AI assistant will offer immediate solutions.
If the AI assistant is unable to assist, it will create a ticket and route your request to our support team.
Method 2: The "Submit a Request" Form If you prefer to fill out a detailed form:
Click "Submit a request" at the bottom of this page.
Select your issue: Use the dropdown menu to choose your topic (e.g., Billing, Technical Trouble, Calm Health, Business Account).
Fill in details: Provide as much information as possible and screenshots (if applicable)
Submit: Our team will review your ticket and respond via email.
How to Verify We Received Your Request
The Auto-Reply: Within minutes of submitting your form or chat message, you must receive an automated email confirmation with a Ticket Number.
No Email? If you do not see this confirmation, we did not receive your message.
Troubleshooting: Check your Spam/Junk folder. If it is missing, please resubmit your request and double-check that your email address is spelled correctly.
