On the contact page, please enter your question in the pop-up box that says "Type your question..." and follow the prompts from there to fill out our form and submit a question. You may see some suggested articles in relation to your question - if this does not resolve your query, you may scroll past this and click "show me more" or "contact support" to move forward to the contact form.
If you have any trouble with that form, you can also email us directly at email@example.com. Please note that sending an email may result in slightly longer response times than submitting a request directly through our contact form.
How to know you've successfully submitted your question: When you send us a message through our contact form or send us an email, we will send you an automatic email response to confirm your message has been received by us and a ticket has been created in our system. If you do not receive an automatic response, we did not receive your message and you will need to submit your question again.
