If you've previously registered for Calm Health through your employer, health plan, or organization but are having login issues, are unable to access the full experience, or you're being asked for an access code again, you're likely logged into a different account than the one that has your sponsorship attached. This guide will help you identify the correct account and get back into Calm Health.

Why This Happens
This usually occurs when:
- You're logged into a different account than the one used to register for Calm Health (for example, a work email instead of a personal one, or vice versa).
- You used a different login method (such as Google, Apple, Facebook, or email) than the one you originally selected.
- Your sponsorship has already been redeemed, and you're trying to go through the registration process again.
Step 1: Confirm the login method you used
Search your inboxes (personal, work, or school) for a welcome or confirmation email from Calm Health. This email will confirm the email address associated with your account.
Apple users: If you signed in with Apple, you may have used the "Hide My Email" feature, which routes Calm Health emails to a randomized address forwarding to your Apple ID inbox. See Apple's guide on managing Hide My Email addresses for more details.
Step 2: Log into the correct account
- Log out of the Calm Health app or website.
- Log back in using the email address confirmed above (or social login method)
- Once logged in with the correct account, you should see sponsored content and your personalized Plan immediately.
Step 3: If you're still unsure which account is correct
- Search all inboxes (personal, work, school) for emails from Calm Health.
- Try logging in with any email addresses you commonly use.
- Try each login option (email, Apple, Google) on the Calm Health app to see which one unlocks your Plan.
