Calm Health App
Step 1: Check Your Connection & VPNs
Switch networks: Try switching from WiFi to cellular data (or vice versa). If the app suddenly works on cellular, the issue is likely your WiFi network. Resetting your home router may help Calm Health reconnect to our servers.
Test other apps: Open another app that requires internet (like a browser or YouTube) to check if your device has lost connection entirely.
Disable VPNs: Some VPNs can interfere with the connections required to load Calm Health's servers. Temporarily turn these off and try again.
Step 2: Force Quit & Refresh
Sometimes the app just needs a fresh start to clear a temporary glitch.
- Force quit: Close the Calm Health app completely and relaunch it.
- Log out & log in: Log out of your account, then log back in using the original method you signed up with. This refreshes your account and subscription data.
Step 3: Check for App Updates
Bugs and loading issues are often fixed in our newest app versions.
- Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Search for "Calm Health" and check for an available Update. Make sure you're running the latest version.
Step 4: Reinstall the Calm App
If the steps above didn't work, deleting and reinstalling the app is the best way to clear out corrupted files.
- Before you delete: Reinstalling won't cancel your access or delete your account data, but it will remove any downloaded offline content. You'll need to re-download saved sessions after reinstalling.
- How to reinstall: Delete the app, restart your device, then download Calm Health again from your device's app store.
- Log back in: Use your original account details to log back in.
Calm Health Website
If you're experiencing issues with the Calm Health website, try the following:
- Check your connection: Test another website, try switching networks, and disable any VPNs, which can interfere with Calm Health's servers.
- Log out and back in: This refreshes your subscription and account status, which can resolve display issues that look like a loading problem.
- Try incognito or a different browser: This helps rule out an interfering browser extension or a browser-specific issue. We recommend the latest version of Google Chrome or Safari.
-
Clear your cache and cookies: Set the timeframe to All Time rather than the default, then reload the page.
