Lincoln retail clients in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico who own or lease a model-year 2000 or newer vehicle are eligible can redeem one-year complimentary membership to Calm Premium, with no credit card required.
Lincoln vehicles registered for commercial use and other types of Ford vehicles are not eligible for this offer.
How do I sign up for Calm as a Lincoln client?
Lincoln retail clients may sign up for a complimentary year of Calm Premium by following the steps below:
- Download the Lincoln Way App to your mobile device and add your Lincoln vehicle to your garage in the Lincoln Way app.
- Check your Message Center in the Lincoln Way app for an invitation to Calm (this can take up to 4 business days to appear).
- Follow the instructions in this message and the subsequent prompts to activate your Calm Premium membership.
- Using the same Calm login credentials you've just used to redeem your complimentary subscription, log in to the Calm app on your mobile device to access the full content of Calm.

The app is only offering me a 7-day trial. How do I get my complimentary year?
The offer for Lincoln clients must be redeemed via the invitation in your Lincoln Way app. This invitation will generate an enrollment page unique to Lincoln clients and only available by following the message within the Lincoln Way app.

I am supposed to receive a one-year Calm membership, but I don’t see the offer in my Lincoln Way app. How do I access it?
Lincoln clients with at least one vehicle added to their Lincoln Way app account will receive an invitation to enroll in the complimentary Calm membership. From the Lincoln Way app, navigate to Account > Message Center to access the offer.
Please note that the Calm offer may not appear in Message Center immediately upon registering your Lincoln vehicle in the app. Your invitation should arrive within 2-4 business days of registering your vehicle in the app.

Will I be charged after the one-year complimentary Calm membership from Lincoln expires?
No. In the spirit of effortless experiences, Lincoln is pleased to provide access to Calm with no credit card required and no obligation to continue membership after your complimentary year expires.
If you’d like to continue your Calm subscription after the free period ends, you can do so by purchasing a subscription from the offerings listed in the app or on our website here. Whether or not you choose to continue with a subscription to Calm Premium, you will be able to keep your Calm account.
