How to Manage Your Calm Premium Family Plan
Admin Access Only
Who can make changes? Only the Family Admin (the person who purchased the plan) can add/remove members or cancel the subscription.
Where to manage: You must log in to the Calm Website to make these changes. These settings are not available inside the mobile app.
How to Add & Invite Members
You can invite up to 5 other people to your plan.
Log in to your account at www.calm.com.
Click Profile (top right) > Settings.
Click Manage Subscription.
Click Manage Members.
Click Invite Members.

Choose a method:
Copy Link: Copy the unique URL and paste it into a text/email to your family member.
Email Link: Enter their email address to send the invite directly from Calm.
How to Remove a Member
Need to free up a slot?
Go to Profile > Settings > Manage Subscription > Manage Members.
Find the member you want to remove.
Click the "X" icon next to their email address.

Confirm: The member will be removed immediately.
Warning: Unlike canceling a subscription (where access continues until the end of the billing cycle), removing a member revokes their Premium access instantly.
How to Cancel the Entire Family Plan
If you no longer want to pay for the Family Plan:
Go to Profile > Settings > Manage Subscription.
Click Cancel Plan.
Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.
What happens next?
You and all 5 members will keep Premium access until the current billing year ends.
After the expiration date, all 6 accounts (Admin + Members) will revert to the Free version of Calm.
Privacy & Data

Can the Admin see my history?
No. The Admin can only see your name and email address to manage the subscription. They cannot see your meditation history, favorites, or check-ins.

Does removing a member delete their data?
No. If a member is removed from the plan, their account simply downgrades to the Free version. Their history and favorites remain saved on their personal account.
