Calm Premium Family Plan FAQ

How much is a Calm Premium Family Plan? 

A Calm Premium Family is $99.99 USD/year + applicable tax and can be purchased here. 

How does billing work? Can we split the cost of the membership between each individual?

Calm Premium Family is billed for a full year to the payment method provided at check-out and is set to renew annually. Until the subscription has been canceled, it will be billed automatically each year to the person who originally purchased the Calm Premium Family.

I already have a subscription to Calm Premium. How do I switch to a Calm Premium Family Plan?

Current Calm users can switch to Calm Premium Family from their current subscription at any time, as the Calm Premium Family Admin or a Calm Premium Family Member, without losing saved favorites, downloads, or session history.

The cost of a previously purchased subscription cannot be applied toward the cost of a Family plan. 

We encourage all yearly subscribers to cancel the auto-renew of their yearly subscription if they’d like to purchase Calm Premium Family.

Lifetime members can purchase a Family Plan without disrupting their Lifetime membership. 

Who can join my Calm Premium Family Plan?

Calm Premium Family allows up to 6 friends and family members (who may or may not live together!) to receive access to Calm Premium for one yearly payment. Each Calm Premium Family Member must be 18 years of age or older. 

Do my Calm Premium Family Members all share a single Calm account or do we each get our own account?

Each Calm Premium Family Member has their own Calm account and logs in to their account using a unique email address and password. Session history, stats, check-ins, and other personal information tied to a Calm account are not shared between Calm Premium Family Members.

How can my friends or family members join my Calm Premium Family Plan?

At purchase, a Calm Premium Family Admin will be given access to a special invite link that is unique to their Calm Premium Family. Calm Premium Family Admins can share this unique link with up to 5 of their closest friends and family members. 

A Calm Premium Family Admin can add and remove Calm Premium Family Members at any time inside their Calm account by clicking on the 'Manage Members' button under the Manage Subscription section of their Profile.
