Duration & Quality
Duration and Quality data are imported via Apple Health. A wearable device, such as an Apple Watch, must be worn while sleeping to capture additional sleep insights.

Check-In
You can review the current week’s Check-in data from the Data tab. Check-ins are prompted once per day when using the app and serve as a record of how well you slept the night prior. You'll have the ability to rate your sleep and select what helped you fall asleep or made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
