The Calm Sleep app allows you to track your nightly rest through Duration, Quality, and Check-in data. This article explains how sleep data is imported from Apple Health and how to use daily Check-ins to record and reflect on your sleep patterns.
Duration & Quality
Duration and Quality data are imported via Apple Health. A wearable device, such as an Apple Watch, must be worn while sleeping to capture additional sleep insights.

Check-In
You can view the current week’s Check-in data in the Insights tab. Check-ins appear once per day and provide a record of how well you slept the night before. You’ll be able to rate your sleep and note what helped you fall asleep or what made it difficult to get a good night’s rest.
