How is the Calm Sleep app different from the Calm app?
Calm and Calm Sleep are designed with different goals in mind:
- Calm is our all-in-one wellness app. It’s designed to be your complete toolkit for mental health and well-being, with resources that support stress management, focus, mindfulness, and sleep.
- Calm Sleep is our app designed specifically for sleep. The entire app experience, from the way the app is structured to the tools it highlights and the journey it guides you through, is focused on helping you get better sleep.

I am a Calm Premium subscriber. Can I use Calm Sleep, too?
As a Calm Premium subscriber, you'll need to purchase Calm Sleep Premium separately to access all features.
How can I download Calm Sleep?
The Calm Sleep app can be downloaded for free on Apple devices (iPhone or iPad) from the App Store.
Please note: Calm Sleep is currently only supported on Apple devices running iOS 16 or later.
If I already have a Calm account, do I need a separate username and password to access Calm Sleep?
No, you do not need two separate login credentials (username and password) to access your Calm and Calm Sleep accounts. You can use the same Calm username and password to access Calm Sleep.
How do I share my feedback or suggest a feature?

What languages is Calm Sleep available in?
Calm Sleep is available in English only.
Will my stats, favorites, and streaks in the Calm app sync with my Calm Sleep app?
The Calm app and the Calm Sleep app are separate offerings, and as such, you will not be able to share your existing Calm app data with the Calm Sleep app. Additionally, streaks, favorites, and session history from Calm will not carry over to the Calm Sleep app and vice versa.
