As you check off your expert-backed tasks, your Sleep Readiness bar will progress, showing how ready your mind and body are for rest. It’s a simple way to see how the little things you do during the day add up to easier, deeper sleep at night.
Once it’s full, you’ll see personalized recommendations in the ‘Ready to Sleep?’ section at the bottom of the Home tab.
Each morning, your bar resets, giving you a fresh start and an easy way to track your progress toward better sleep.
