Requesting a Refund from Apple
- Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Select I'd like to, then choose Request a refund
- Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next
- Choose the Calm Sleep app or subscription shown, then choose Submit
- Be sure to cancel your subscription. Please see: How to Cancel your Calm Sleep Subscription
Apple Rejected my Refund Request
In the case Apple rejects your refund request, we advise you to contact your bank for further assistance. Apple has restricted access to manage subscriptions or refunds. Calm is unable to provide any support on these request types.
