Refunds are handled by the platform where you purchased your Calm Sleep subscription. This article explains how to request refund from the Apple App Store or Calm.com.

Requesting a Refund from Apple
Calm Sleep subscription purchases made through your Apple account will show on your bank statement from apple.com/bill. To request a refund, follow the steps below:
- Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Select I'd like to, then choose Request a refund
- Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next
- Choose the Calm Sleep app or subscription shown, then choose Submit
- Be sure to cancel your subscription. Please see: How to Cancel your Calm Sleep Subscription
Apple Rejected my Refund Request
In the case Apple rejects your refund request, we advise you to contact your bank for further assistance. Apple has restricted access to manage subscriptions or refunds. Calm is unable to provide any support on these request types.
Requesting a Refund from Calm.com
Calm Sleep subscription purchases made through the Calm.com website will show on your bank statement from Calm.com. Please reach out to our support team here to submit your refund request.
