This article explains how to cancel your Calm Sleep subscription, by turning off the auto-renewal feature on the same platform where you purchased (Apple App Store or Calm.com).
To Cancel your Calm Sleep Auto-Renewal through Apple
Calm is not able to cancel free trials or subscriptions purchased directly through Apple on your behalf. To manage your subscription through Apple, please follow the steps below:
- On your Apple device, open the Settings App
- Tap on your name located below the Search bar to access your Apple Account and iCloud
- Select Subscriptions
- Locate and select the Calm Sleep subscription listed
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Please note: Free trials activated through Apple must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged. For more information, please visit: Cancel a subscription from Apple
To Cancel your Calm Sleep Auto-Renewal through Calm.com
Please note: To manage your Calm Sleep trial or subscription purchased through Calm.com, you must update your app to version 2.0.6 from the App Store. For step-by-step instructions on how to manually update an app on your iOS device, please see this guide from Apple.
- Launch the Calm Sleep app
- Go to My Library > Settings > Manage Subscription
- Click "To make changes to your subscription, please visit Stripe".
- Input your email address to receive a sign-in link for the Stripe Customer Portal
- View your Calm Sleep subscription and tap Cancel Subscription
