If the Calm app is taking up too much storage on your mobile device, you can delete your downloaded session files and background scenes to free up space.
What to Know Before You Begin: Deleting by Category
Currently, the option to delete downloads individually is not available. You cannot select a single meditation or single song to delete. The only way to clear downloaded content is to delete all files of a specific category (for example, deleting all downloaded Sleep Stories or all downloaded Music at once).
Steps to Delete Downloaded Audio and Scenes
Follow these steps to clear your saved files:
Open the Calm app and tap Profile on the home screen.
Tap the Settings (Gear icon) in the upper left corner.
Tap Downloads.
Here, you will see a list of the various types of content categories you have saved to your device.
Tap the specific category you would like to remove (e.g., Audio or Scenes) to delete all downloaded files in that category.
How to Re-Download Content Later
Once deleted, you can always re-download content at any time if you need it again.
