How to Restore a Broken Streak (Manual History)
Why did my streak break?
Music & Soundscapes: Listening to music tracks or soundscapes (like "Rain on Leaves") does NOT count toward your daily streak. Only Meditations and Sleep Stories count.
Time Zones: Traveling can sometimes confuse the app's clock.
The Fix: You can manually add a "missed" session to yesterday (or any past date) to repair the gap and restore your streak.
How to Add a Missing Session Follow these steps to fill the gap in your calendar:
Open the Calm app.
Tap Profile (bottom menu).
Tap History (near the top).
Tap the Plus Button (+) or "Add Session".
Select the Date: Choose the exact date you missed (e.g., yesterday).
Set Duration: Enter a time (e.g., 10 minutes).

Tap Add.
Result: Your streak count will automatically recalculate to include this new session.
How to Delete a Mistake

iOS (iPhone/iPad):
Go to Profile > History.
Find the session you want to remove.
Swipe Left on the session.
Tap the Trash Icon (Delete).

Android:
Currently, you cannot delete individual sessions manually on Android.
Note: Having an extra session does not hurt your streak, so deletion is usually unnecessary unless you just want a clean history. Please reach out to our support team if you need it removed.
Troubleshooting

"I added the session, but my streak number is still wrong."
Force-close the app and reopen it to refresh the data.

"I meditated offline."
Offline sessions should sync when you reconnect to Wi-Fi. If they don't, simply add them manually using the steps above.
