You can set various reminders within your Calm app to notify yourself each day at a specific time to help you build your mindfulness habit. Some of the reminder options currently available are Mindfulness, Gratitude, Bedtime, and Mood Check-In.
You can access Reminders in the app by first tapping 'Profile' on the home screen, then tapping the gear icon in the top-left corner to access your Settings. Next, tap 'Notifications', then choose which reminder notification you'd like to set.
You can choose what time you'd like to receive reminders, as well as which days of the week you'd like to receive them.
