- Calm Sleep / Calm Health: Please check your specific app settings menu, as options may differ.
Step 1: Enable Notifications on Your Device
Before setting reminders in the app, you must allow Calm to send notifications to your phone.
- iOS (Apple): Go to Settings > Notifications > Calm and toggle "Allow Notifications" ON.
- Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Calm > Notifications and toggle ON.
Step 2: Set Your Reminders in the Calm App
- Open the Calm app and tap Profile (bottom right).
- Tap the Gear Icon (Settings) in the top-left corner.
- Tap Notifications.
- Select the type of reminder you want to customize:
- Daily Mindfulness: Set a time to meditate.
- Bedtime: Get a nudge when it's time to wind down.
- Mood Check-In: Reminders to track how you're feeling.
- Gratitude: Prompts to log what you are grateful for.
Customizing Your Schedule
Once you tap a reminder type (e.g., Mindfulness), you can:
- Set the Time: Scroll to choose your preferred hour and minute.
- Choose Days: Tap the days of the week you want the reminder (e.g., Mon-Fri only).
- Save: Ensure the toggle next to the reminder name is switched ON.
