If the Daily Practice on your Calm app home screen hasn't updated to today's session, your app may just need a quick manual refresh. Please try the following troubleshooting steps in order to sync your app and load the newest Dailies.
How to Refresh Your Dailies
Step 1: Use Pull-to-Refresh
Open the Calm app and navigate to the Home screen.
Drag your finger down from the top of the page.
A loading icon will appear, which should instantly refresh the Dailies at the top of your screen.
Step 2: Force-Quit the App and Check Your Connection
If the pull-to-refresh method does not work:
Ensure your device is currently connected to a strong WiFi or cellular data signal.
Completely close (hard-quit) the Calm app. See How to Fix Calm App Crashes, Freezing, or Loading Issues (Troubleshooting) for additional troubleshooting tips.
Re-launch the Calm app to force a new connection to our servers.
Step 3: Log Out and Log Back In
If the app is still stuck on a previous day, logging out of your Calm account and logging back in will force your profile to re-sync. Once you log back in, the newest meditation should appear.
