On an Android device, first, use the pull-to-refresh feature on the Meditate screen. To do so, open the Meditate screen and drag your finger down the page. A loading icon will appear that will refresh the content. This feature refreshes all content on the Meditate screen as well as the home screen, so it will update the Daily Calm for you.
If you are using an iPhone, hard-quit the Calm app and ensure that you are connected to a strong WiFi or data signal. This will force the Daily Calm to refresh. For instructions on how to hard-quit an app, click here.
