Past Daily Sessions (The Daily Calm, Daily Trip, Daily Jay, or Daily Move) that you previously listened to can be replayed at any time through your 'History.' To navigate to this page, first, tap 'Profile' on your home screen. Next, choose the 'History' option. 'History' will display beneath the calendar. To replay a session, simply tap the session in the list.
Previous Daily Practice sessions can also be bookmarked for re-listening by using the heart icon to ‘favorite’ them in your ‘Library’. The Daily Practice sessions will then be listed in your 'My Favorites' section under ‘History’.
Lastly, you can also use our search feature to locate sessions that you haven't favorited or previously listened to!
