Deleting your Calm Health account is irreversible. Once deleted, you will no longer have access to your Calm Health data or associated records. You have the option to delete your account through your Profile on the Calm Health app or website.
Calm Health app
- From the home screen, tap the Profile tab in the bottom-right corner, then the Settings icon in the upper-right corner.
- Scroll to the bottom of this screen, and tap Delete Account.
- Here, you will see an option to download your Health Summary data first. Confirm your deletion request by clicking Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
- If you wish to cancel this request, tap the 'X' in the top right corner of your screen.
Calm Health website
- Launch the Calm Health website. After logging in, click on the Profile tab displayed on the top navigation bar.
- Click on the Settings button.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click Delete Account.
- Here, you will see an option to download your Health Summary data first. Confirm your deletion request by clicking Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
- If you wish to cancel this request, click the 'X' in the top right corner of your screen.
