These offers are typically available to users who do not already have an active subscription or trial. Ineligible users that attempt to redeem this promotional discount will receive an error during redemption until their subscription or trial expires, or they cancel their current subscription or trial. I've redeemed my discounted Calm subscription but the Calm Premium content is still showing up with a locked symbol. What are my next steps?
If you have already redeemed your subscription, but you're still seeing locked premium content in the Calm app, it is likely you are not signed into the correct account. If I redeem the new subscription through Partners, will it be added on my current subscription?
Please be aware that the new subscription will begin separately at the time of the purchase or activation, and will NOT extend your current subscription.
I heard about a promotional discount for Calm on a podcast. How do I redeem it?
To redeem a discount that was announced during a podcast, simply navigate to the promotional web page announced on that podcast. It will usually be in a format similar to: calm.com/podcastname.
I was charged after my free trial ended. How do I get a refund?
Please note, you will not be able to redeem the offer again to purchase a yearly subscription at the discounted price in the future. If you would like to request a refund, you can submit a request here.
How do I cancel the auto-renewal of the promotional free trial or subscription?
