Calm Health is an invitation-only app provided by your health insurance plan, physician/care team, or employer. Before downloading the app, make sure you have received an invitation or sponsorship code from your organization.

Troubleshooting App Download Issues
"App not compatible with this device": This means your phone's operating system is outdated. Please update your iOS or Android version in your phone settings.
"Pending" or "Waiting": Check your internet connection. Try switching from Wi-Fi to Mobile Data.
"Not enough storage": You may need to delete unused apps or photos to make room for Calm Health (approx. 150MB).
