AARP members can now receive a 30% discount on their annual Calm subscription for three years.
How to sign up:
- Click the Calm offer and log in to your existing Calm account or sign up for a free Calm account if you don’t already have one.
- You will be prompted to enter your “AARP Membership Number” in a field. To join or renew your AARP membership, click the “join now” or “renew” AARP membership links below the ID entry field to join AARP and receive your AARP membership number.
- Enter your payment information to complete sign up for the offer. You will see the following message after successfully redeeming your subscription:
Congrats! Your premium access to Calm will automatically activate for the AARP account you used during Step 3 above. Download the Calm app and log in to your Calm account to access your subscription.

What happens when my subscription renews each year?
Your yearly subscription will renew annually automatically at the 30% discounted rate for three years. After three years, you will be charged at the then current full retail price of a Calm annual subscription.
