Background scene sounds won't play

There are a few reasons why the background Scene sounds of your Calm app will stop playing. You can use these steps to get your Scene sounds to play again:

1. First, please check to see if there is a minimized player bar on your Calm screen. Currently, pausing a piece of content will also cause the Scene sounds to stop. If you'd like to continue to hear the background Scene, dismiss the player bar by swiping down. 
2. If that does not return your Scene sounds, check that the volume of your Scene sounds is on. To do so, tap the mountain icon on the home screen of your Calm app. On this page, adjust the volume slider bar to your desired volume. 
3. Lastly, check to make sure that your currently selected Scene has sounds associated with it. There are two silent Scenes available on the Calm app: Silent Earth and Silent Clouds. To switch Scenes, scroll through the options provided and tap any that you would like to download. You can then go back to the home screen of the app and swipe left or right to change your current Scene.
