At this time, there is currently no way to reset your progress on our sequential, multi-day programs (such as the 7 Days of Calm). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this causes! We recognize that this is a highly requested feature, and we hope to make it available in the future.
Workaround: How to Track Your Repeated Programs
If you would like to repeat a program from the beginning, you can still listen to the older sessions. To keep track of where you left off during your second time through, you can check your recent session history:
Open the Calm app and tap Profile in the bottom menu.
Select the History tab at the top of the screen.
Review your recently completed sessions to see which day of the program you last listened to.
Note: Your session history is currently only available within the Calm mobile app, and cannot be viewed on the Calm website.
