- Calm Health / Calm Sleep: Gift cards cannot currently be redeemed on these standalone apps.
Choose Your Gift Type
You can purchase a gift subscription at www.calm.com/gift. We offer two options with different delivery methods:

1-Year Membership
- Cost: Standard annual rate.
- Delivery: Emailed directly to the recipient immediately or on a scheduled date.
- Best for: Birthdays, holidays, or sending to someone far away.

Lifetime Membership
- Cost: One-time payment.
- Delivery: Emailed to YOU (the purchaser) as a PDF. You must print it out or forward the file to the recipient personally.
- Best for: Printing out to put inside a physical greeting card.
Step-by-Step Purchasing Guide
- Go to the Gift Page.
- Select 1-Year or Lifetime.
- Customize: Enter the recipient's name and a personal message.
- Note: If buying Lifetime, you won't need the recipient's email yet.
- Log In: You must log in or create a free Calm account to track your purchase.
- Checkout: Enter payment details to complete the order.
How Redemption Works
The recipient does not redeem the code inside the app. They must go to www.calm.com/redeem in a web browser.
Gift Policies & Timing
- No Expiration Date: Calm gift codes do not expire. Your recipient can redeem their code today, next month, or next year—it will always be valid.
- When does the subscription start? The 12-month timer begins on the Day of Redemption, not the day of purchase. You can buy a gift now and send it later without using up any of the subscription time.
