Background Scene Sounds Won't Stop

The background sounds of the Calm app will play any time you have the app open. To disable this, first, tap the mountain icon on the top left hand corner on the Calm app's home screen to access our "Scenes" menu. You will see an option that says "Play sounds outside the app" at the bottom of this screen. Click the amount of time on the right and update it to "0 minutes." The sounds will now stop when you exit the app.

If you would prefer, we also have a couple of silent scene options. If you would like to never have background sounds, set your scene to Silent Earth or Silent Clouds.
