How to Redeem a Calm Gift Card

To redeem a Calm gift card, follow these steps:

1. Visit our gift redemption page. This should be done on a computer or your mobile browser (not in the Calm app itself).

2. Once on the web page, create a Calm account using a unique 8+ digit password or log in to your existing Calm account. Do not enter your gift card's redemption code in the password box. 

3. Once you have logged in, enter the redemption code on your gift card to activate subscription access on your Calm account. If you receive an error message, click here for further assistance. 

4. Log in to the Calm app with the same account you used in Step 2. The new subscription will be active and the full library of content will be unlocked.

Do you or the recipient already have an active subscription?

Once the subscription has expired, your gift card can be redeemed at www.calm.com/redeem. Please note that gift cards do not expire.
If you have a lifetime gift card, you are able to redeem the gift card at any time at www.calm.com/redeem. 
In both cases, you will want to disable the auto-renew feature of your active Calm subscription to prevent further charges. For instructions on how to do so, please click here.

Please note that redeeming a lifetime gift card will automatically cancel an active subscription that was purchased through Calm’s website. This is not the case for purchases made through Apple’s App Store or the Google Play Store. 

Note: You will be unable to redeem a 1-year membership gift card if you currently have an active subscription on your account.  You can see if you have an active subscription by following the instructions here. Lifetime membership gift cards can be redeemed at any time.
