Step 1: Identify where you purchased your Calm subscription
How you cancel depends on where you bought your Calm subscription or trial.
Select the option that matches your purchase method:

Canceling a Calm.com (Website) Subscription
If you purchased your subscription directly through Calm.com:
- Log in to your Calm account on a web browser.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings → Manage Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
Once canceled, your subscription will not renew at the end of your billing cycle, but you’ll continue to have Calm Premium access until that date.
Canceling an Apple (App Store / iTunes) Subscription
If you subscribed using your Apple ID:
- Open your iPhone or iPad Settings.
- Tap your name at the top → Subscriptions.
- Select Calm → Cancel Subscription.

Canceling a Google Play (Android) Subscription
If you purchased Calm through the Google Play Store:
- Open the Google Play app.
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select Calm → Cancel Subscription.

After You Cancel
- Your subscription will not renew at the end of your billing or trial period.
- You’ll keep access to Calm Premium until that date.
- You can resubscribe anytime through Calm.com, Apple, or Google Play.
- If you were billed after canceling, check your provider’s purchase history to confirm the cancellation date.

Do I need to contact Calm Support to cancel?
No. All subscriptions must be canceled through the original purchase platform (Calm.com, Apple, or Google Play).
I canceled but still see Calm Premium — why?
That’s normal. You’ll keep Premium access until your current billing or trial period ends.
My trial ended and I was charged — can I get a refund?
Refunds are available only for Calm.com and Google Play purchases within 30 days. For Apple subscriptions, please contact their support directly.
I don’t see my Calm subscription listed in Apple or Google Play. What should I do?
You may have used a different Apple ID or Google account when you subscribed. Check any other accounts you might have used to locate your subscription.
How do I cancel my Calm Premium Family Plan?
Calm Premium Family Plan subscriptions can only be canceled by the Calm Premium Family Admin through Calm’s website, and not in the Calm app directly. Learn more here.
