How it works
Each copy is made to order and printed just for you, so it may take a little longer to arrive than a typical retail order — we'll share tracking details as soon as your order ships. Right now we ship to the US, UK, and Canada, with more regions coming soon.
Digital vs. print
Our journals are available both as a digital download and as a printed copy. If you're deciding between the two: the printed edition is a keepsake you can hold and write in by hand, while the digital version is instant and travels with you on any device. Pricing differs between the two formats — you'll see the current price for each on the product page.
Return & refund policy
All Calm Shop print-on-demand products are made to order and are final sale. We're not able to accept returns for a change of mind or if you ordered the wrong variant.
If your item arrives damaged, defective (like a misprint or binding issue), or the wrong item was delivered, we've got you covered:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a photo showing the issue, and we'll work with our printing partner to resolve it
- We aim to respond within 7 business days of receiving your claim
Please note: this doesn't cover shipping delays once your carrier confirms delivery, or normal variation in print or paper texture that isn't a defect.
