How to Fix Issues with the Calm Sleep App (iOS)

Step 1: Check for Updates
Before reinstalling, ensure you are on the latest version. See: How to Update the Calm Sleep App
- Open the App Store.
- Tap your profile icon (top right).
- Scroll down to Calm Sleep. If it says "Update," tap it.
Step 2: Restart Your Device
A quick restart can clear temporary glitches.
- Power off your iPhone/iPad completely for 1-2 minutes.
- Turn it back on and open the app.
Step 3: Delete & Reinstall (Crucial)
Note: You must DELETE the app, not just "Offload" it. See Delete apps on your iOS device
- Long-press the Calm Sleep app icon on your home screen.
- Tap Remove App.
- Tap Delete App (Do NOT choose "Remove from Home Screen").
- Go to the App Store, search for Calm Sleep, and tap the cloud icon to reinstall.
Step 4: Check Your Connection
- Disable VPNs: Active VPNs can block media streaming. Turn off your VPN and try again.
- Switch Networks: If you are on Wi-Fi, try switching to Mobile Data (or vice versa) to see if the issue is with your internet router.
