There are a few troubleshooting steps to try if you experience a performance issue on the Calm Sleep app:
- Confirm the Calm Sleep App is fully up to date. See How to Update the Calm Sleep App
- Try restarting your Apple device. Power off the device completely for 1-2 minutes, and then turn it back on.
- Try deleting and reinstalling the Calm Sleep App. Please note that offloading an app is not the same as deleting and reinstalling it. For instructions on deleting an app on your Apple device, please see:
- Delete apps on your iOS device
- Next, go to the App Store, search for Calm Sleep, and tap the cloud icon to reinstall it.
- Disable any active VPNs. Unfortunately, sometimes VPNs do not have reliable network connectivity. If you're not using a VPN, try switching between a Wi-Fi connection and mobile data to see if that resolves the issue.
