To update your password associated with your Calm Sleep account:
- Tap My Library located on the lower navigation bar of the app
- Tap the Settings ⚙️ icon in the top right corner
- Next, tap Manage Account located under Account
- Tap Change Account Details. A web page will open prompting you to log in to your Calm Sleep account
- Log in using the same method you used to create your Calm Sleep account
- A 6-digit verification code will be sent to the email address associated with your account
- Enter the access code from the email and tap Continue
- Tap Reset Password. This will send you an email with further instructions
- In the email, tap Change Password
- Enter a new password, and tap Reset Password to save your new credentials
Please note: You can also use the ‘Forgot Password’ option on the login screen in Step 5 above if you have forgotten your current password.
