If you receive a subscription to Calm through a partner (such as an employer or affiliated brand), you must activate it using their specific web link before using the mobile app.
What to Know Before You Begin
Do NOT download the app first: You will not be able to access your partner offer if you start by downloading the Calm app. The offer is only redeemable via the partner's unique web link.

Supported Devices: Once unlocked, you can use your subscription on iOS, Android, iPad, Apple TV, or a web browser on a computer.
Step 1: Sign Up on the Partner Landing Page
You must complete this step on a web browser before opening the Calm app.
Follow the unique landing page link provided by the partner.
Click the green button labeled 'Click Here to Get Started'.

You will be redirected to an account creation form.
New Users: Create a Calm account by entering your name, email, and a password.
Existing Users: Click ‘Login’ to sign in if you already have a Calm account.
Submit the form. You will be taken to a confirmation screen verifying that you have successfully unlocked subscription access on your account.
Step 2: Download and Log In to the App
After you have successfully signed up through the landing page, you are ready to use the Calm app.
Download the Calm app from the iTunes App Store or Google Play Store.
Open the app. You will be prompted to select your goals for using the app. Select your goals and click ‘Continue’ (or tap the ‘X’ in the corner to exit this screen if you do not wish to answer).
Important Warning: If at any point you see an offer for a 7-day free trial, exit the free trial page by tapping the ‘X’ in the corner. Do not click ‘Continue’ to start a free trial.
Click the ‘Log in’ button.
Log in using the exact same email address and password you just used in Step 1. You should now see all of the Premium content in the app unlocked.
Troubleshooting
If your content is still locked after logging in:
Check to ensure you are using the correct account.
Go to your Profile.
Tap the Settings (Gear icon) in the upper left corner.
Tap Account Info.
Verify that you are logged in with the exact same email address you used to sign up on the partner landing page.
If you accidentally started an in-app free trial:
If you accidentally start a 7-day free trial in the app, please be sure to cancel it right away to avoid being charged. You can read more about how to cancel based on your device here:
