Calm Body is a collection of 10-minute video sessions that guide you through mindful movement and gentle stretching exercises. Designed for all body types and fitness levels, these short sessions help release physical tension and recharge your mind.
What Sessions Are Available?
We currently offer eight dedicated Calm Body routines tailored to different parts of your day:
Morning: Morning Wake Up and Morning Stretch to gently start your day.
Mid-Day & Activity: Afternoon Reset, Mindful Warm Up, and Mindful Cool Down to center yourself during work or around a workout.
Evening & Recovery: Evening Wind Down, Evening Stretch, and Back Care to release tension before bed.

How to Find Calm Body & Movement Content
In the Mobile App: To explore Calm Body, The Daily Move, and other physical wellness content, tap the Discover tab at the bottom of your home screen, then tap the Movement button at the top of the menu. You can also simply tap the Search icon and type "Calm Body."
On the Web: If you are using a computer, you can access the Calm Body page directly in your web browser here.

Prefer to follow your stretching routine without hunching over your phone? You can easily cast or screen share Calm Body videos to your TV if you have a compatible device! Just start the video on your mobile app and use your device's built-in screen mirroring feature (such as Apple AirPlay or Google Chromecast) to send the video directly to your television.
Subscription Requirements
Please note that you will need an active Calm Premium subscription to access the full set of Calm Body videos. However, free users can check out our free introductory video directly on the Calm Body page to learn the basics before subscribing!
