Calm Body is a collection of 10-minute sessions that guide you through mindful movement and gentle stretching exercises, to release tension in the body and help recharge your mind.
Right now we have eight Calm Body sessions available to help you at various points in the day. Our current set of sessions includes:
- Morning Wake Up
- Afternoon Reset
- Mindful Warm Up
- Mindful Cool Down
- Evening Wind Down
- Morning Stretch
- Evening Stretch
- Back Care
Calm Body can be accessed via a web browser here. You can also find Calm Body by tapping the "More" button in the Calm app.
