Cancel Calm Free Trial: Website & App Instructions
Where did you sign up?
- I signed up via the Website (Calm.com): Follow the steps below.
- I signed up via the App (Apple/Google): These steps will NOT work for you. Please see:
Cancellation Policy
- Deadline: You must cancel at least 24 hours before your trial ends to avoid being charged.
- Access: You will keep your Premium access until the full trial period is over, even if you cancel immediately.
Method 1: Cancel via the Calm App
Use this method if you started your trial on the website but want to cancel using your phone.
- Open the Calm app.
- Tap Profile (bottom right).
- Tap the Gear Icon (Settings) in the top-left corner.
- Tap Manage Subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm: Follow the prompts until you see the final confirmation screen.
Method 2: Cancel via the Website
- Log in to www.calm.com/profile.
- Go to Settings > Manage Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm: Follow the prompts until you see the final confirmation screen.
Troubleshooting
I don't see a "Cancel" button. This usually means:
- You are already canceled (check for an "Expires on" date).
- You signed up via Apple or Google, not the website. Please check your phone's subscription settings instead.
- You are not signed into the correct account. Please try another email or log in method.
