Our breathing exercises are visualizations with audio that can be adjusted for speed and breathing style.
This feature can be accessed in our app by first tapping the 'Discover' menu located on the bottom of the home screen and then choosing the 'Breathe' button.
After opening the 'Breathe' screen, you can choose between the following 6 breathing exercises by swiping right or by tapping the arrows found in the middle of the screen:
- Relax - free!
- Balance
- Restore
- Focus
- Energize
- Unwind
Tap on the circle with the ‘i’ to learn more about each of the 6 different exercises and the specific breathing techniques involved.
You can choose between a length of 1 - 60 minute breathing exercises. To set the breathing exercise so that it does not end, choose '∞'.
After choosing a session length, tap on 'SET DURATION' and then tap on the large play button at the top of the screen to begin your breathing exercise.
Once you’ve started the exercise, use the sound mixer icon at the bottom left of the screen to adjust the volume and speed. Select 'Save Settings' to save any changes you make. These settings will remain saved for future breathing exercise sessions until you update them again.
You can find the classic version of Breathe Bubble on our website. The Breathing Exercises available in the app are not available on our website at this time.
