Our Breathe feature is a simple breathing exercise that can be adjusted for speed and breathing style.
The Breathe bubble can be accessed through the Meditate menu, under the 'Beginners' category. You can also find a simplified version of the Breathe exercise on our website.
To adjust the bubble, open the Breathe screen and you'll see a gear icon in the top corner of the page that you can tap to adjust the settings. In Edit mode, swipe left and right to switch between the three different breathing patterns. You can then use the slider at the bottom to adjust how many breaths you take per minute.
Once you've selected the option you'd like to use, tap the check mark in the top corner to save your settings. These settings will remain saved for future sessions, until you update them again.
