How to Start an Unguided Meditation in the App
Tap the Discover tab at the bottom of your home screen.
Tap the Meditation button.
Scroll to the right through the category menu at the top of the screen until you see Less Guidance, and tap it.
Select either Timed Meditation (to choose a specific duration) or Open-Ended Meditation (to meditate freely without a strict time limit).
If using the Timed Meditation, select the amount of time you would like to meditate for (ranging from a few minutes up to several hours) and the timer will begin.

How to Turn Off the Ending Bell Chime
By default, a gentle bell will chime when your Timed Meditation has run out to let you know the session is over. If you would prefer a completely silent experience without the bell, you can easily disable it:
Start your Timed Meditation.
Tap the Settings icon on the audio player screen.
Tap the Bell Chimes option to toggle the sound OFF.
