Part 1: For the Buyer (How to Send)
- Which email should I use? Enter YOUR email address at checkout. We will email the receipt and the printable gift PDF to you.

How do I give it to them? You will receive a PDF with a unique 16-character code. You can:
- Print it out and give it physically.
- Forward the email/PDF to the recipient whenever you are ready.
Part 2: For the Recipient (How to Redeem)
- Where to go: You must redeem the code at www.calm.com/redeem.
- App Warning: You cannot redeem this code inside the mobile app. Use a web browser (Chrome/Safari) first.
Troubleshooting Redemption Errors

Error: "You already have an active subscription"
- The Issue: You cannot apply a Lifetime code on top of an active Apple/Google subscription.

The Fix:
- Cancel your current subscription auto-renewal.
- Wait for it to expire.
- Redeem the code at calm.com/redeem once your account is "Free."
- Rest assured: Your code will not expire while you wait.

Error: "Code invalid"
- Check for typos. Confusing 0 (Zero) with O (Letter O) is the most common mistake. Try swapping them.
