- Calm Sleep: This is a separate app, but is also managed in the same Apple Settings menu described below. Look for the specific app name in your list.
Method 1: "Direct Link" (Fastest)
- On your iPhone or iPad, tap this link: Manage Apple Subscriptions.
- Find Calm in the list.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial).
- Confirm: Follow the on-screen prompts.
Method 2: Manual Steps via iPhone Settings
- Open your iPhone's Settings app (grey gear icon).
- Tap your Name/Apple ID at the very top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Calm.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Troubleshooting: "I don't see a Cancel button"
If you are looking at the Calm subscription screen and there is no "Cancel" button, check the text:
- If it says "Expires on [Date]": You have already canceled. No further charges will occur.
- If it says "Renews on [Date]": The subscription is still active. Look for the cancel button again.
