Calm Dailies are one of our most popular features! Every single day, we release short, original, 10-ish minute sessions designed to help you build a consistent mindfulness habit.
Whether you are a beginner or an advanced meditation student, these daily sessions focus on different aspects of mindfulness and introduce fresh concepts to help you navigate your day.
Meet the Daily Programs
We currently offer four unique Daily programs led by our world-class guides:
The Daily Calm: A classic, soothing daily meditation with Tamara Levitt. (Available in English, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Korean, and Portuguese).
The Daily Jay: Wisdom, storytelling, and actionable insights with Jay Shetty. (English Only).
The Daily Trip: A dynamic, quirky, and highly accessible meditation with Jeff Warren. (English Only).
The Daily Move: Quick, fun, and accessible mindful movement routines with Mel Mah. (Select episodes available in German and French).
How to Find the Dailies
Finding today's daily session is easy!
Open the Calm app.
From your home screen, you will see a quick navigation menu near the top.
Simply swipe through the top menu icons to select Daily Calm, Daily Jay, Daily Trip, or Daily Move.
Can I Listen to Past Daily Sessions?
Because a brand new session is released every 24 hours, the session featured on the home screen will change each day. However, if you missed yesterday's session or want to relisten to an old favorite, you absolutely can! Set a Daily Reminder
The hardest part of building a new habit is remembering to do it! You can set a custom push notification on your phone to remind you to take 10 minutes for your Daily session.
To set this up, go to Profile > Settings (gear icon) > Mindful Reminders and toggle it on.
Build Your Mindfulness Streak!
Listening to a Daily session every day is the perfect way to build your Calm Mindfulness Streak. Every consecutive day you complete a session, your streak grows. You can track your current streak, total mindful minutes, and listening history at any time by tapping the Profile tab.
