How to access Calm Live
Calm Live is exclusively available to organizations that have executed an agreement with Calm for the continued access to Calm’s new Calm Live service. As of April 21st, 2022, there will not be any new Calm Live sessions available. However, those with exclusive access will still be able to watch past Calm Live sessions via the Employee Hub.
Calm Live can only be accessed via a web browser, and not via the Calm app.
Join a Calm Live session via the Employee Hub and sign into the Calm account that you used to redeem your Calm Premium subscription provided by your employer.
Visit our Calm Live FAQ Help Center article for more information.
Still need help? Contact our support team here by clicking “Continue” in the search box on the bottom right-hand corner of the page, and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible!
Calm Live Troubleshooting tips
Not able to access Calm Live session
You’ll want to make sure you are logged into your Calm account that has already successfully redeemed Calm Premium through your employer. See the following Help Center article for more information.
Accessing a previous Calm Live session
Past Calm Live sessions can be accessed via the Employee Hub.
Video quality and buffering issues
To experience the best video quality when accessing a Calm Live session, we recommend using a Google Chrome Browser.
If you’re experiencing a degradation in the video quality, then this is most likely due to your internet's processing speed. Please be sure to view Calm Live on a reliable internet connection. Also, we recommend switching to “Auto” in the quality menu (the default), if available. If “Auto” is not available, switch to one of the lower quality options. If your video still fails to start, check your estimated bandwidth here.
