How to Switch From 3rd Party Sign-In to Email Address and Password Combination

While we do not currently have a way to remove 3rd-party login information from a Calm account, you can add an email address and password to your account. This will allow you to log in to Calm using an email address and password combination OR a 3rd party sign-in option.

To add an email address and password to your account:

1. Log in to your Calm account using the 3rd party sign-in button (Facebook, Google, or Apple).
2. Add an email address to your Calm account: Profile > Settings gear icon > Account Info.
3. Go to www.calm.com/login, enter the same email address, and click "Forgot password".
4. Check your email for a unique link to update the password on your Calm account. If you don't see that email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
