I purchased a gift card but I can't find it. How do I send it to the recipient?

How do I purchase gift cards? 

One-year gift cards can be purchased by clicking here.

How do I redeem a gift card? 

Gift cards must be redeemed at www.calm.com/redeem. They cannot be redeemed in the Calm app.

I can't redeem my gift card. I'm getting an error message.

Does the gift card auto-renew? Will the purchaser of the gift card be charged again?

No, gift cards are one-time purchases that do not auto-renew.

I want a refund for the gift card. The person I bought it for doesn't want it.

Generally, we do not provide refunds for gift cards. Gift cards never expire, so they can be given to someone else. 

I was offered a discount for a Calm subscription. Can I use this discount to purchase a gift for someone?

The only way to receive the discount is to purchase through a promotional discount link. However, the link will only allow the purchase of a subscription for the account that is currently logged in to Calm at the time of purchase. This means that the subscription will be applied to the account of the purchaser rather than a gift receiver. It is not transferable to another Calm user. 

How do I purchase a gift card in a non-USD currency type?

Gift cards are only available for purchase in USD and the price is displayed in USD. The charge will be converted to the purchaser's local currency by the payment processor.

Can I use a gift card I received to purchase a different Calm product? 

Our gift cards do not hold any monetary value and cannot be applied toward the cost of other Calm products. They can only be redeemed for the product for which they were purchased (a 3-month or 1-year Calm Premium subscription). Gift cards cannot be used to purchase a Calm Premium Family plan, a Lifetime membership, or to upgrade an existing subscription.
