You’re out of stock on my favorite product, when will you be back in stock?
Due to the global manufacturing and shipping crisis, our inventory is more limited than normal. We will do our very best to maintain stock of your favorite Calm products, but should you notice an item is out of stock, sign up to receive a notification, and we’ll email you as soon as it’s available.

How long does shipping take?
We anticipate all orders will arrive within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $55. For orders under $55, we charge a standard, flat rate shipping fee of $4.99.
How do I redeem my discounted or complimentary subscription?
Within the packaging for each product is a custom URL that you can visit and redeem your offer.
Can I redeem multiple subscriptions if I buy multiple products?
You can only redeem one offer per customer, regardless of how many products you have purchased. However, feel free to give any additional offers you receive to friends or family!
What's the latest I can order a product and receive it by Christmas?
Any orders placed after December 15, 2021 are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas.
How do I return my order?
Any items purchased online may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. You can request a return authorization by reaching out to email@example.com
For a full refund within 30 days of the purchase, items must be unopened, unwashed, unworn, and with the tags attached. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Once your package has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
