The Calm app's home screen allows for easy navigation of many programs and features. You can also find these features at other places in the app.

Recent Daily Calms:
At this time, past Daily Calms are not available within the Calm app. If you'd like to listen to more Daily Calms, we recommend our Daily Calm Highlights (Meditate > Beginners > Daily Calm Highlights), which is a collection of our most popular Daily Calm sessions. You can also listen to some of this week's Daily Calms here.
Your favorites are separated by content type and available under "My <3s." For example, to find your favorite Sleep Stories, tap "Sleep" on the home page, and then choose the "My <3s" category listed at the top of the page.
Tap "More" in the bottom right and then choose "Mood Check-In." If you do not see this option, select "Check-ins" on the "More" menu and then select "Mood Check-in."
Tap "More" in the bottom right and then choose "Check-Ins." From this menu, select "Gratitude Check-in."
Breathe Bubble or Breathing Exercises:
Tap "More" and then choose "Breathing Exercises" from the menu.
