A Kaiser Permanente member can activate one year of access to Calm's premium content at a time.
At the end of a year, if you are still a Kaiser Permanente member, you will be directed to re-activate your subscription through your Kaiser Permanente account at kp.org.
If you are no longer a KP member after the year has ended, you will be directed to our subscription offerings to continue your access to Calm's Premium content. If you end your Kaiser Permanente membership, you will be able to keep your Calm account.
**Please note, Kaiser Permanente members who redeemed their Calm Premium subscription in 2020 will automatically have their subscriptions renewed for another year.
