Most Kaiser Permanente members are eligible for access to Calm's premium library of content at no cost.
To find out if you are eligible, please navigate to www.kp.org/selfcareapps and click on Calm. After you've logged in to your Kaiser Permanente account, you will be directed to sign up for Calm if you are eligible.
