We are aware that some iOS users are experiencing a crash when opening the app on their device. We hope to soon have a fix out to prevent this from happening, but in the meantime if you have been impacted by this issue, please see the information below to help resolve it.
1. Please first check that you have sufficient storage space on your device. As there is a large amount of downloadable content available in the Calm app, low storage space may affect the ability of the app to work properly.
2. Please try deleting and re-installing the app, while making sure your device is on a solid wifi connection. This will usually prevent the app from continuing to crash. Please note, if you have not yet created a Calm account, you'll want to do so before deleting, to ensure your data is not lost.
