Canceling a Subscription After Purchasing a Lifetime Membership

After upgrading to a lifetime membership, please confirm that the auto-renewal of your yearly subscription has been canceled by following these directions, based on how your yearly subscription was purchased.

Subscribed via the Apple App Store:

If your yearly subscription was purchased through the App Store, you will need to cancel your current subscription's auto-renewal within your Apple account settings to ensure you are not charged again.

1. Click here to be redirected to your Apple subscription settings. 
2. Select the Subscriptions option and view your Calm subscription.
3. Once there, you should see the Calm subscription listed. If the trial or subscription has been canceled, you will see the expiration date listed. If it has not been canceled yet, you'll see the renewal date, along with the price you'll be charged, and a "Cancel Subscription" button.

Subscribed via Google Play:

If your yearly subscription was purchased through Google Play, you will need to cancel your current subscription's auto-renewal within your Google Play account settings to ensure you are not charged again.

1. Click here to be redirected to your Google Play subscription settings. 

2. Select the Subscriptions option and view your Calm subscription.

3. If it has been canceled, you will see the expiration date listed. If it has not been canceled yet, you'll see the renewal date, along with the price you'll be charged and an option to cancel.

Subscribed via Calm's Website: 

If you have a yearly subscription purchased directly through Calm.com, you do not need to cancel your current subscription. Purchasing a lifetime subscription will automatically extend your current subscription for life! After making your lifetime purchase, you will not incur any further charges for using Calm. 

Please note:

The cost of a previously purchased subscription cannot be refunded or applied toward the lifetime upgrade.
As long as you are logged into your existing Calm account when you make your lifetime purchase, all of your mindfulness history and statistics will carry over to your lifetime subscription.
